Socket set buildings are a “do-it-yourselfer’s dream come true”. These buildings use sockets to join wood frames together, join dimensional lumber at angles to form rooflines, and a clear-span design that eliminates the need for load-bearing headers for trusses to build the roof. The advantages allow you to put up a long lasting structure without the need for cranes and heavy equipment. This design also allows for greater useable space for such uses as lofts, second floors, or high ceilings for large equipment storage. This also enables you to have a door opening higher than your eaves.

Post-frame buildings (also referred to as pole buildings) are efficient structures whose primary framing system is comprised of custom-built wood roof trusses or rafters connected to vertical timber columns or sidewall posts. Secondary members such as roof purlins and wall girts support the exterior cladding and transfer vertical and horizontal forces to and from the post-frame. This design allows for wide spans, up to eighty feet, which make your space economically customizable for uses such as manufacturing, storage, office, or agricultural use. We only use the highest quality materials, including lumber and steel, as well as a complete line of doors and windows designed to perform in conjunction with the steel intended specifically for your new post frame building. Our pole buildings are highly resistant to earthquake, flood, and wind forces, and are energy efficient.
